Why Are We Here

After 26 years BASES is no longer providing drug screening services. They have been the primary way for those with court and employment referrals, and for those who would just like a little more accountability for themselves. We hope to carry on that legacy of providing affordable drug screening for our community.

What Services Do We Have

For our launch we are only offering one type of drug screen which is a 15 panel instant test. This includes the most commonly misused substances including and EtG for alcohol.

How Does It Work

If you need a test completed then you can book a 10 minute appointment. It must be made within 2 hours in advance for a timeslot to be available. During the booking process you will be required to pay ahead of time. Contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel.

You will meet us at our location at your appointment time. Strive to be 5 minutes early as you will be expected to give the sample in that 10 minute window. The tester will let you into the building if it is scheduled outside of normal business hours.

The Tester will explain the cup, follow you to the restroom, observe the collection, record the results, and send the test results report via email to who is expecting them.

If you contest the results then we can send the sample in for a confirmation to the lab.

How Much Does It Cost

The 15 panel drug screen is $35 is paid at the time of the appointment scheduled booking. If you would like a confirmation when you receive your test results, then it is an additional $30 per substance you would like confirmed at the lab.
